Job summary

Williamson Health is seeking a Learning Systems & Clinical Programs Coordinator to provide administrative and technical support for Education and Organizational Development, focusing on LMS management and student program coordination. The role collaborates with Education, HR, IT, and clinical departments to ensure accurate data and timely training.

The position requires an Associate’s degree, 5+ years of LMS experience, and strong Excel skills, with HealthStream familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related discipline required.
• Experience with a Learning Management System; HealthStream preferred.
• Minimum five years of relevant work experience.
• Strong Excel and data management skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Administer HealthStream LMS, including records, licenses, and certifications.
• Coordinate clinical student placements and orientations with partners.
• Develop LMS reports, dashboards, and tracking tools for leadership.
• Troubleshoot LMS issues and coordinate with IT, HR and stakeholders.
• Maintain system documentation and support LMS upgrades and integrations.
• Ensure students meet training and documentation requirements before clinical starts.
