Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, informatics, CS, healthcare informatics, education technology, or related field.
Minimum 3 years in information technology, system administration, application support, LMS, or related field.
HealthStream experience preferred.
Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; ability to work independently.
Intermediate proficiency with MS Office; Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Experience with Articulate or similar course-authoring software.
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills across levels.
Organizational and project-management skills; manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Ability to relate to leaders, educators, clinicians, staff, vendors, and stakeholders.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
