Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Consultant, Learning Business Partner (LBP) to diagnose performance gaps and tailor learning strategies across programs. You will apply instructional design, facilitate learning experiences, and use digital tools to sustain performance improvements.

You will partner with program leaders to shape learning content, delivery modalities, and measurement of impact, while traveling up to 10% to support global and field initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in adult learning design preferred.
• Strong consulting skills and project management experience.
• Experience in instructional design and facilitation (virtual/in-person).
• Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences background preferred.
• MS Office proficiency.

• Influence learning strategy, scope, prioritization, and timing with leaders.
