Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in adult learning design preferred.
• Strong consulting skills and business partnering experience.
• Project management experience written into roles and outcomes.
• Experience with virtual and in-person facilitation, including Zoom/Teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as a learning and performance consultant to programs by diagnosing needs and recommending solutions.
• Partner with leaders to influence learning strategy, scope, and timing.
• Exercise professional judgment to challenge assumptions and guide decisions.
• Navigate ambiguity while maintaining focus on outcomes.
• Provide consistent messaging across stakeholders with flexible execution.
• Own end-to-end planning, design and deployment of learning strategies.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and impact; adjust solutions as needed.
