Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or an education-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in Sales Training or Sales/Product Enablement.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and business leadership stakeholders.
- Experience with instructional design principles and processes.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or graduate degree in Instructional Design or related fields.
- Learning design or strategy experience in higher education, EdTech, or corporate learning spaces.
- Knowledge of Google ads product suite, promoter tools, and workflows.
- Excellent business acumen to inform curriculum development cycles with appropriate scope, anticipate resource needs, and adjust plans in real-time.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, working cross-functionally on cross-product initiatives.
About The Job:
The Mastery Team develops and delivers product and skills training to Google sales and services teams, and external client and agency partners. We use our knowledge of learning best practices and Google’s business priorities to build effective learning experiences for our key audiences.
As a Learning Specialist, you will lead the planning, design, and implementation of enablement programs globally and across all sales/service channels for Google’s Workspace of product solutions. You will use data and design thinking to drive business results through designing and building multi-modal learning experiences. You will join a team that develops and delivers sales skills, business knowledge, and product enablement initiatives for sales teams and product enablement for our customer-facing teams including sales, customer engineers, and professional services.
Your focus will be on building a learner-centered strategy and driving impact by working closely with stakeholders (product, sales, service, marketing, enablement, learning) to secure buy-in for learning solutions that support front-line sales products and capabilities. You will ensure proper execution of product and business knowledge programs globally that align with high-priority business objectives and foster individual growth.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex Ads business runs smoothly. We set go-to-market strategy and ensure flawless execution and operations across business areas. Our team is analytical, strategic, and pragmatic in execution.

- Manage complex learning projects, including scoping, prioritization, timelines, and resourcing, ensuring alignment with business objectives and learner needs.
- Analyze learner data and business metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize content and delivery.
