Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Knowledge & Learning Program Manager in the CMSO organization to act as the Readiness Partner for the NSOC business unit. You will curate agile, role-based learning paths and champion knowledge management to accelerate incident resolution and customer experience.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in adult education or knowledge management, with cross-functional collaboration across Process Management, Change Enablement, and Platform teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years of Adult Education, Corporate Training, or Knowledge Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder alignment to NSOC leadership and readiness strategies.
• Translate technical capability gaps into role-based learning paths and knowledge capture.
• Partner cross-functionally to support learning programs and operational readiness.
• Champion knowledge management practices and maintain content health and metrics.
• Lead curriculum curation and integration of troubleshooting methodologies and AI tools.
