Motorola Solutions in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a Knowledge & Learning Program Manager to serve as the Readiness Partner for the NSOC unit. This role bridges formal training with real-time knowledge sharing, curates agile, role-based learning paths, and champions industry-standard knowledge management.

You will partner cross-functionally to implement learning programs across teams, measure content health, and accelerate time-to-proficiency for new hires while integrating AI-based troubleshooting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years of Adult Education, Corporate Training, or Knowledge Management experience.
• Experience driving knowledge management and learning programs.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder alignment to NSOC leadership and readiness.
• Translate capability gaps into actionable, role-based learning paths and knowledge capture strategies.
• Partner cross-functionally to support seamless execution of learning programs across teams.
• Monitor content health and coaching teams to improve knowledge capture.
• Lead curriculum curation and integration of AI/troubleshooting methods into daily operations.
