You will bridge formal training with in-the-moment sharing, curate agile, role-based paths, and champion knowledge management to improve incident documentation and solve issues faster.

This role emphasizes operational efficiency, faster resolutions, and elevated customer experiences, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in Adult Education, Corporate Training, or Knowledge Management.
• Travel under 10% is expected.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder alignment to NSOC leadership as the primary K&L liaison.
• Translate technical gaps into actionable, role-based learning paths.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver learning programs across teams.
• Champion knowledge management practices and incident documentation.
• Design modular curricula and integrate AI/troubleshooting methods.
