Job summary

FBS is seeking a Learning Experience Coordinator to support University of Farmers learning, training, and leadership development programs. This role ensures that the logistics and administrative activities behind learning programs are organized, accurate, and delivered on time.

You will coordinate training schedules, learning cohorts, facilitators, learner registrations, leadership development events, workshops, credentialing programs, and stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience in program coordination or learning operations.
• Experience managing complex calendars and multiple concurrent programs.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced English required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day logistics for learning and training programs.
• Manage complex calendars and learner registrations.
• Coordinate multiple programs to keep timelines on track.
• Serve as central contact for learners, facilitators and partners.
• Manage learner communications and attendance tracking.
• Prepare learning materials and agendas.
• Support reporting on program participation and outcomes.
• Collaborate with learning and business teams to implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and policies.
