Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, learning & development or related field.
• 2 years in retail industry or Home Depot equivalent
• Experience in Learning and Development or related industry
• Project Management experience with cross functional teams

Responsibilities

• Identify learner needs and help design learning solutions.
• Build relationships with business, HR, and Learning partners to drive execution.
• Monitor learning impact and drive continuous improvement.
• Forecast training demand and manage content strategy and budgets.
