Job summary

Frazer Jones (US) is partnering with a leading global real estate developer and investment manager to recruit an L&D Manager who will oversee learning initiatives for a diverse workforce.

The role leads learning for approximately 1,000 employees across engineering, security, cleaning, property management, restaurants and related services, reporting to the HR leader for property management. A five-day in-office model is in Midtown NYC.

Qualifications

• Experience leading L&D for a large workforce, preferably in hospitality or property management.
• Ability to operate successfully as a standalone L&D professional.
• Proven track record of developing and delivering learning programs across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning efforts for ~1,000 union and non-union employees across engineering, security, cleaning, property management, restaurants and more.
• Partner with HR leadership for property management to align L&D with business needs.
• Grow L&D coverage to corporate populations as the role evolves.

The role will lead learning efforts for ~1k union/non-union employees in areas of the business including engineering, security, cleaning, property management, restaurants and beyond. The role reports to the HR leader for property management.

The firm is seeking experience from relevant hospitality environments and the ability to operate successfully as a standalone L&D professional. The role is positioned for growth, with opportunity to take on additional responsibilities covering the corporate population.

The firm has a 5 day in-office work model in Midtown NYC.
