Job summary

Spectrum Business is seeking a Manager of Training Delivery to lead the execution and continuous improvement of our training programs across the organization. You will work with senior leaders to align curricula with performance goals and drive outcomes.

You’ll oversee program implementation, coach managers and teams, measure impact, and manage schedules and resources to ensure high-quality delivery while staying compliant with applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource development, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of training experience and 3+ years of management experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience; call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and continuous improvement of training programs.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify training needs and strategies.
• Oversee implementation of training and leadership development programs.
• Define objectives for training initiatives aligned with goals.
• Evaluate performance and provide coaching to maximize results.
• Measure program effectiveness and manage resources and logistics.
