Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a Training & Performance Specialist for the second shift to manage training activities, track participation, and coordinate sessions across virtual and in-person settings.

You will support the Learning Management System, assist in leadership development and talent management programs, and ensure training standards are met. A Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of training experience in logistics are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 2 years of training and development experience.
• Experience in logistics industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains records of training activities and needs; monitors program effectiveness.
• Tracks and reports employee participation or assessment results.
• Coordinates materials and facilities for training sessions, including tech and rooms.
• Assists employees in using the Learning Management System.
• Supports Leadership Development and Talent Management programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
