Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a training and development professional to design, implement, and manage employee training programs across our logistics operations. The role includes coordinating sessions, managing learning systems, and evaluating program effectiveness to drive performance improvements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of training experience, with preference for logistics industry exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years training and development experience.
• Experience in logistics industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains records of training activities and needs; monitors program effectiveness and recommends improvements.
• Coordinates materials and facilities for training sessions (handouts, supplies, tech, conference rooms).
• Assists employees in use of Learning Management System and supports leadership/talent development programs.
• Conducts needs assessments or interviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Other duties assigned.
