The role includes supporting Leadership Development and Talent Management programs, requiring a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in training, preferably in logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 2 years training and development experience
• Experience in logistics industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains records of training activities and needs, monitors program effectiveness, and recommends improvements.
• Tracks and reports on employee participation or assessment results.
• Coordinates materials and facilities for training sessions, including handouts, supplies, technology and virtual or physical conference rooms.
• Assists employees in use of Learning Management System.
• Provides ongoing coordination and support of the company’s Leadership Development Program.
• Provides ongoing coordination and support of the company’s Talent Management Program.
