Job summary

Mark-Taylor is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to join its Scottsdale corporate team. The role focuses on managing digital presence, conducting audits, and optimizing listing visibility across platforms.

Strong content, SEO/SEM, and analytics skills are essential as you support leasing and brand initiatives. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and 1–3 years of experience, with familiarity in CMS, marketing tools, and AI‑driven content enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or related field; internship considered.
  • Understanding of digital marketing verticals including content marketing, SEO, SEM, paid social, reputation management, and listing syndication.
  • Experience analyzing marketing data and translating insights into recommendations that support business decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing platforms, CMS, and social media tools.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Interest in AI tools to enhance content development and productivity is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the digital presence of assigned communities across websites, directories, and third‑party platforms.
  • Conduct regular marketing audits to evaluate brand compliance and online visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, lead generation, social media engagement, and campaign results.
  • Support SEO initiatives by maintaining content and optimizing listings.
  • Assist with online reviews and reputation management initiatives to enhance brand perception.
  • Collaborate with community teams to provide marketing guidance and resources.
  • Maintain marketing assets, templates, and brand resources for consistency.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or a related field; relevant internship experience may be considered.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Demonstrates a strong interest in emerging technologies and the practical application of artificial intelligence within marketing. Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance content development, streamline processes, support research, or improve productivity is preferred. Familiarity with advanced AI capabilities, such as custom GPTs, Claude Skills, or similar tools, is a plus.
  • Demonstrates a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and streamline workflows. Consistently looks for innovative ways to enhance marketing initiatives, team collaboration, and overall effectiveness.
  • Strong analytical thinking, collaboration, and execution skills.

In this role, you will

  • Manage the digital presence of assigned communities across websites, directories, and third-party platforms, ensuring content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Conduct regular marketing audits to evaluate brand compliance, content accuracy, digital visibility, and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze key marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, lead generation, social media engagement, online reputation, and campaign results.
  • Support SEO initiatives by maintaining website content, optimizing listings, and implementing best practices to improve online visibility.
  • Assist with the management of online reviews and reputation management initiatives to enhance brand perception and engagement.
  • Partner with community teams and internal stakeholders to provide marketing guidance, resources, and support that contribute to leasing and business objectives.
  • Maintain and organize marketing assets, templates, collateral, and brand resources to promote consistency and accessibility.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations for improving marketing performance.
  • Assist with the development, maintenance, and enhancement of internal marketing resources and documentation.
