Job summary

Cprime, a US-headquartered AI-first partner, is seeking a Delivery & Operations Executive – Learning to streamline training programs across global channels. You will own day-to-day learning operations, coordinate learners and instructors, manage data, and ensure smooth execution throughout the training lifecycle.

The ideal candidate brings 3–6 years in learning administration or training operations, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to track multiple programs and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or related discipline.
• 3–6 years in learning administration, training operations, program coordination, or similar role.
• Experience with CRM/LMS platforms; Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end administration of public and private training programs.
• Coordinate training schedules, learner enrolments, and session logistics.
• Manage learner communications, invitations, reminders, and updates.
• Maintain training records, schedules, and operational data in Salesforce.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and documentation as required.
• Assist in coordinating instructor schedules and classroom requirements.
• Publish course schedules and information on partner portals.
• Maintain training content, catalogues, and related documentation.
• Support trainer credentials, certification records, and accreditation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth program execution.
• Maintain SOPs and knowledge repositories; identify process improvements.
• Perform other learning operations tasks as assigned by Learning & Coaching leadership.
