You will manage program operations, learning and enablement programs, and enterprise operations, handling communications, content creation, presentations, tracking, ambassador engagement, and meeting logistics. Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management, learning and enablement programs, or enterprise program operations.
• Experience managing cohort-based training and learning programs end-to-end.
• Strong written communication with the ability to draft professional content independently.
• Advanced PowerPoint, visual design, and Excel tracking/reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and send all cohort communications end to end: welcome emails, reminders, nudges, graduation and certification notices, and advanced cohort invitations.
• Write and manage Teams and Viva Engage posts, announcements, and engagement campaign messaging.
• Draft the quarterly newsletter and recurring program updates.
• Monitor and respond to the program communications channels (email, Viva Engage, Teams).
• Coordinate cross-functional communications with business unit leads and Enterprise AI leadership and executives.
• Moderate program channels; surface and amplify participant success stories and contributions.
