Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and relevant LMS/L&D experience.
• 3–5 years of LMS administration and L&D operations.
• Experience managing learning content providers and libraries within an LMS.
• Familiarity with SCORM/AICC/xAPI formats and learning tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the Dayforce LMS, governance, user experience, and adoption strategies.
• Manage learning content libraries and map content to competency frameworks.
• Identify automation and process-improvement opportunities across learning operations.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to implement integrations and new solutions.
• Maintain accurate learner records, certifications, and training completions with compliance in mind.
• Analyze learning data to provide actionable insights for workforce development and reporting.
