Position Overview
The Denzel Group, an award-winning IT recruitment firm, is partnering with a nationally ranked healthcare organization to find a talented LMS Coordinator/Administrator.
Details:
- Fully remote position with EST work hours
- 3+ month contract
- Perm Residents Only - GC holders and US Citizens considered
- No specific LMS system knowledge required; client will provide training. Experience uploading video training content is highly desired.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with EHR, IS&T, and HR teams to deploy and manage learning programs across clinical, academic, and administrative areas.
- Create, edit, and manage digital training materials using Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, and other multimedia tools.
- Package and publish eLearning content from Epic User Web and internal sources using SCORM-compliant formats for LMS integration.
- Maintain and update course catalog entries, ensuring proper naming, tagging, and version control in collaboration with Epic Instructional Designers.
- Provide end-user support for LMS access, course enrollment, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct quality assurance testing of eLearning modules prior to release.
- Assist in developing and archiving multimedia resources, training videos, and assessments.
- Support conversion of instructor-led training to engaging online formats with instructional designers.
- Monitor LMS usage and generate reports for compliance and learning analytics.
- Support LMS and Epic upgrades, testing, and enhancements with technical teams.
- Work regularly with staff using EHR User Web and related terminology.
