Job Description:

Job Title: Learning Management System Administrator 1

Job Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

• The Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administrator 1 is responsible for the administration and maintenance of the company’s learning system technology to deliver online training to internal and/or external customers.
• Assists with data migrations, working with IT and outside vendors to test and troubleshoot systems issues.
• Supports development of processes, content generation and loading.
• Maintains training and user profile records.
• Coordinates calendaring and enrollment, tracking, assessments, reporting, and customer communications for learning events.
• Serves as a subject matter expert in companies with training teams, training the community of business users to maximize system features for creating and managing learning events, modules, assessments, and reports.
• Develops knowledge of the client’s LMS support model and system functionality.
• Requires instruction and supervision for daily tasks and supports more senior LMS administrators.
• Supports troubleshooting, runs reports, and supports assigned tasks.
• Ensures compliance with all global legal and regulatory obligations.
• Monitors, follows up, and closes LMS support incidents.
• Completes special projects as assigned.
