Duties
The LMS Administrator manages the maintenance and operation of University Health’s learning and development technology platforms, influencing procurement, implementation, and innovation. Collaborating with department colleagues, subject matter experts, and leaders, responsibilities include:
- Maintaining LMS functionality, troubleshooting, content integration, curriculum development, structure, and reporting.
- Providing technical support and training on course enrollment, assignments, learning records, and reports.
- Generating and analyzing training reports and troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborating to publish and test digital learning solutions, including creating on-demand resources like videos, job aids, and FAQs.
- Managing work requests via project management tools.
- Acting as liaison among the Center for Learning Excellence, IT, and vendors for implementation and issue resolution.
- Researching, evaluating, and implementing new features, tools, LMS, LXP, knowledge management, and engagement platforms.
- Staying updated on technological and design evolutions in learning.
- Fostering respectful working relationships to enhance teamwork.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education technology, instructional technology, software development, or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience managing and implementing learning management systems in corporate training or professional services.
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PeopleSoft.
