Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Schedule in-person and virtually led training classes. This includes room reservations, setting up virtual meetings, sending meeting requests, ordering catering, and adding classes in LMS.
2. Communicate between participants, instructors, site contacts and, if needed, vendors to ensure all learning sessions are setup as required.
3. Craft logistics proposal for new learning programs while ensuring adherence to set standards and guidelines.
4. Oversee course enrollment and scheduling. Determine when offerings should be canceled or rescheduled and manage cancelation fee collection program to include GL processing.
5. Manage training facilities to include site set-up, break-down and inspections throughout the footprint.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. BA/BS degree
2. Three years of experience in logistics role or related field
3. Experience with virtual meeting software (e.g. Adobe Connect, WebEx) and MS Office to include Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Proficiency with LMS (e.g. SuccessFactors)
2. Knowledge of MS Access or like product
