Job summary

PACFA seeks a Director of Learning to expand its portfolio of professional development opportunities for Pennsylvania's community foundations. You will identify needs, design high-quality learning experiences, and work with members, presidents, and partners to deliver webinars, cohorts, leadership programs, and conferences.

The role emphasizes collaboration, program development, and continuous improvement to strengthen PACFA’s value to members.

Qualifications

BA degree and applicable experience required.
Demonstrated love for the community foundations field preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and administer periodic member surveys to identify education and training needs.
Engage with PACFA members to understand emerging challenges and professional development priorities.
Translate needs into an annual education and training agenda.
Monitor developments in philanthropy and nonprofit governance relevant to PACFA members.
Manage learning cohorts for professional advisors and CEOs.
Create and manage a webinar series addressing timely topics for community foundations.
Identify speakers and coordinate webinar logistics and promotion.
Oversee online education resources and CMS updates for PACFA.
Develop leadership and governance education programs for member CEOs and boards.
Plan and support PACFA’s annual Fall Conference and related events.
Establish evaluation systems for webinars, cohorts, and summits; analyze feedback and improve programs.
