Job summary
Sorren, Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development Leader to architect and execute a modern, scalable learning ecosystem for a 1,000+ person accounting/advisory firm. You will design cohesive frameworks, drive CPE compliance, and lead leadership development across regions.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in learning and development leadership
- Experience designing scalable learning ecosystems
- Strong understanding of CPE and regulatory standards in accounting/advisory
- Proven ability to leverage AI and data to improve learning outcomes
Responsibilities
- Design and implement cohesive learning frameworks across disciplines
- Drive CPE compliance and NASBA reporting
- Lead leadership development and soft skills programs
- Leverage LCvista, Workday, and AI tools for scalable learning experiences
- Partner with HR and firm leadership to align with business goals
- Measure impact using analytics and feedback to drive improvements
