Job summary

Jawonio is seeking a passionate Learning & Talent Development Specialist to advance employee growth, leadership development, and workforce excellence. You will design and deliver engaging learning experiences, administer Jawonio's LMS, strengthen onboarding, and support career development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be an engaging facilitator who collaborates with leaders and HR to build capabilities, ensure regulatory training, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or related field.
• Experience facilitating training programs for adult learners.
• Experience supporting onboarding, employee development, or workforce development initiatives.
• Experience administering or supporting a Learning Management System (LMS).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, coordinate, and facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs.
• Create engaging learning materials, participant guides, job aids, presentations, and e-learning content.
• Assist in the ongoing enhancement of New Employee Orientation (NEO) and other organizational training programs.
• Deliver training sessions related to compliance, professional development, leadership, and organizational initiatives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content remains current and relevant.
