Planned Parenthood Federation of America is seeking a Manager, Learning and Leadership Development to own and deliver a portfolio of leadership development programs. You will mentor staff across multiple levels, design and facilitate sessions, and ensure content aligns with organizational leadership frameworks.

You will audit learning products, collaborate with the People, Culture and Equity team, and manage external facilitator partnerships to meet national scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, organizational development, industrial/organizational psychology, instructional design/technology, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Org Development & HR, preferably within a large not-for-profit.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and is comfortable learning new systems.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives in collaboration with other functional areas.
• Commitment to Planned Parenthood’s mission, vision and values.
• Experience delivering DEI-related training curricula and coaching Trainers.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end delivery of leadership development programs and core sessions.
• Audit and update learning products for National Office and Affiliate audiences via LMS/intranet/360Learning.
• Plan and execute the annual People, Culture and Equity division retreat as SME for adult learning.
• Identify needs for contracted facilitator support and coordinate with the Director.
• Create/update facilitator guides, train sessions, and update content as needed.
• Leverage learning technologies to share knowledge across the organization.
• Serve as super-user for LinkedIn Learning catalog.
• Partner to embed equity principles in PPFA’s learning framework.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to increase engagement and adoption.
• Support OKR learning processes and performance management systems.
