Planned Parenthood Federation of America seeks a Manager, Learning and Leadership Development to lead a portfolio of leadership programs and coaching initiatives. The role oversees staff development across multiple levels, ensuring timely, high-quality training aligned with our framework and values.

Candidates should bring strong adult learning theory, facilitation and project-management skills, plus experience with LMS platforms and DEI-focused education, within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in Learning & Development, Org Development or HR.
• Experience with LMS and new systems.
• Commitment to Planned Parenthood’s mission and values.
• Experience delivering DEI-focused training for adults.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end delivery of leadership development programs.
• Audit and update learning products across platforms.
• Plan and support annual division retreat as SME.
• Identify and coordinate contracted facilitator support.
• Design and update facilitator guides and training content.
