Planned Parenthood Federation of America is seeking a Manager, Learning & Leadership Development to lead a portfolio of leadership programs and mentoring initiatives. You will oversee content delivery, partner with the People, Culture and Equity team, and support learning across the national office and affiliates.

With expertise in adult learning, organizational development, and inclusive training, you will design, facilitate, and optimize programs, aligning with OKRs and performance management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, organizational development, industrial/organizational psychology, instructional design/technology, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Org Development & HR, preferably in large federated not-for-profit organizations.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems and comfort with new systems.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives in collaboration with other functions.
• Commitment to Planned Parenthood’s mission and values.
• Experience in training curricula for adult learners related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Responsabilités

• Manages end-to-end delivery of the leadership development framework and facilitates core programs (e.g., new hire orientation, all-staff sessions).
• Audit and update learning products for National Office and Affiliate audiences via CAL (LMS), intranet, and 360Learning.
• Assist planning and execution of annual PCE division retreat as learning SME.
• Identify when contracted facilitators are needed and coordinate with the Director.
• Create and update facilitator guides, facilitate sessions, and revise content as needed.
• Leverage learning tech to enable knowledge sharing across the organization.
• Serve as super-user for LinkedIn Learning catalog.
• Partner with Culture and Equity Team to embed equity principles in learning frameworks.
• Build relationships with People, Culture and Equity and stakeholders to boost engagement.
