Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 6 years in talent acquisition, recruitment, HR, people operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment and multiple searches simultaneously.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, including managing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrated commitment to equitable, inclusive, and people-centered recruitment practices.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR systems to manage hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across Paul Angell, from planning and sourcing through selection and offers.
• Collaborate with the Director of Talent and Culture, CEO, and hiring managers to develop annual and longer-term staffing strategies.
• Support workforce and succession planning by identifying staffing needs, critical roles, and talent gaps.
• Develop recruitment plans, timelines, sourcing strategies, interview processes, and selection criteria with hiring managers.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and relationships to address current and future staffing needs.
• Manage multiple searches concurrently with strong communication and follow-through.
• Create a welcoming, equitable candidate experience reflecting Paul Angell’s culture and values.
