Job summary

Children's Hospital Colorado seeks a Talent Development Consultant to design, deliver, and manage learning experiences across the organization. You will craft engaging content, facilitate sessions, and support programs from inception through evaluation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes leadership development, team performance, change management, and alignment with the Talent Management Lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong facilitation of learning in leadership, organizational development, and HR policy changes.
• Knowledge of instructional design, curation and product development.
• Proven program and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver impactful training and facilitation for 10 to 300 attendees.
• Design, curate, and update learning content and programs.
• Manage learning events including registration, scheduling, and follow-up.
• Provide assessment, coaching and support aligned with organizational goals.
• Support Team Member Experience (TMX) and LMS administration as needed.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Education/HR/Leadership Development/Organizational Development or related field
