Job summary

Learning Care Group in Colorado is seeking a Team Lead to promote children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth while leading classroom management and curriculum implementation. You will communicate with families to support each child's achievement and mentor new hires to ensure engaging learning experiences.

The role requires leadership responsibilities, adherence to licensing guidelines, and the ability to step in for Directors when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• Leading a classroom and implementing lesson plans.
• Able to meet state/accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Promote social, physical, and intellectual development; lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Communicate and build relationships with families to support center success.
• Mentor and assist with training new hires and fellow teachers.
• Take on Director/Assistant Director duties in absence, including opening and closing the school.
• Ensure daily care of children following licensing guidelines and company standards.
