Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in human resources and/or training and development, and at least three years of management experience.
• Knowledge of employment law and training program implementation.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail; able to multitask.

• Leads a team accountable for the performance and results of a function or a business.
• Executes assignments with clear objectives and goals.
