Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a skilled Learning Lead, Non Sterile Compounding to deliver and coordinate training across non-sterile operations. This role handles scheduling, facilitation, documentation, and compliance while maintaining floor presence to support teams and ensure ongoing competency in a regulated environment.

You will partner with Operations, Quality, Compliance, Safety and HR to identify skill gaps, manage training records via LMS, and ensure USP, FDA, and state board requirements are

Qualifications

• Active CPhT certification required.
• 2+ years compounding operations experience in 503a/503b or manufacturing.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience with LMS for training administration, tracking, and reporting.
• Familiarity with GDP and regulatory training documentation.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
• Flexibility for a 7-day operation.
• Knowledge of USP 797/795/800 and cGMP training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training for new hires, cross-training, and ongoing development.
• Conduct remediation and retraining sessions for performance gaps or compliance issues.
• Develop and maintain the training schedule with site leadership.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure GDP/regulatory documentation.
• Support audit readiness with up-to-date training records.
• Utilize LMS to assign, track, and report training completion and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Compliance, Safety and HR to identify skill gaps.
• Audit tenured associates to ensure ongoing competencies.
• Maintain floor presence to retain process knowledge and identify gaps.
• Work with SMEs to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
• Create and update training materials to stay current and compliant.
• Maintain daily communication with Operations, HR, Recruiting on priorities.
• Engage associates to build a strong safety culture.
• Support operational workflows when training duties are fulfilled.
• Lead Train-the-Trainer programs for consistency across shifts.
• Ensure training programs comply with USP, FDA, and state board requirements.
