The role focuses on coordinating rotations, managing affiliation agreements, orientations, and program evaluations to enhance educational experiences and patient care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical student placements, practicums, and preceptorships across hospital departments.
• Oversee student/volunteer orientation and partnership agreements.
• Ensure compliance with health and security requirements before facility entry.
