Responsibilities

• Publish and coordinate classroom schedules and offerings.
• Communicate with training attendees, internal and external clients.
• Coordinate training staff activities to meet objectives.
• Regularly review and update training materials.
• Develop distance learning tutorials (WebEx).
• Collaborate with leadership to prioritize and develop customer training.
• Develop and maintain metrics to analyze productivity and results.
• Coordinate training of new Knowledge Management staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
