Job summary

CSL Vifor seeks a Learning Optimization Lead to apply adult learning theories and instructional design to modernize CSL's training across the enterprise. You will partner with Learning Partners to close capability gaps and explore new technologies to boost knowledge retention and employee engagement.

The role drives the design and delivery of innovative learning solutions, leveraging LMS and authoring tools, with continuous improvement across the training library and enterprise-wide capability

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or related roles.
• Experience designing and delivering a variety of learning modalities, including e-learning, ILT, and VILT.
• Demonstrated ability to deploy innovative/state of the art learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design innovative learning solutions to address needs.
• Develop and deploy high quality learning materials leveraging instructional design methodologies.
• Pilot and modernize learning technologies to improve end user experiences across CSL.
• Evaluate learning programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms and iterate.
