Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a Learning Optimization Lead to develop and deliver innovative learning content that drives business outcomes. The role partners with Learning Partners to close capability gaps and modernize CSL’s training library across enterprise solutions.

The position emphasizes designing and deploying high-quality learning materials, leveraging adult learning theories, instructional design, and learning technologies to enhance knowledge retention and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or related roles.
• Experience designing and delivering a variety of learning modalities, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and virtual instructor-led training.
• Demonstrated ability to deploy innovative/state of the art learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Understand learning needs and design innovative learning solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy effective and efficient learning solutions with modern technologies.
• Pilot new learning technologies and modernize training.
• Evaluate learning program effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
