Job summary

Google is seeking a Share Learning Impact Specialist for LearnX to lead learning impact methodology and GenAI evaluation across education products. You will collaborate with product teams, researchers, and educators to apply learning science in product life cycles, craft evaluation frameworks, and share findings to improve outcomes for learners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Learning Science, or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience as an instructor, in curriculum development, or as a professional educator in K12 or higher education.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and business leadership stakeholders.
Experience with instructional design or learning science principles and processes.

Responsibilities

Lead development of learning impact methodology for use of Google's education tools and features.
Develop and implement evaluation frameworks to assess GenAI tool quality and impact.
Conduct literature reviews and share results of foundational research on best practices for learning.
Consult with product teams throughout the product development lifecycle with learning science input.
Lead training sessions on learning science, the future of learning, and GenAI-driven outcomes.
