Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Learning Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience as an instructor, in curriculum development, or as a professional educator in K12 or higher education.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and business leadership stakeholders.
• Experience with instructional design or learning science principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of learning impact methodology for use of Google's education tools and features.
• Develop and implement evaluation frameworks to assess the quality of GenAI tools.
• Conduct literature reviews and share results of foundational research on best practices for learning.
• Bring learning science to consult with product development teams throughout the product development life cycle.
• Lead discussions and training sessions about learning science principles and GenAI's impact on learning outcomes.
