Job summary

Google is seeking a senior leader to head The Google School for Leaders, shaping learning strategy and delivering scalable programs for Googlers and leaders. You will combine adult learning theory, AI-enabled tools, and digital platforms to drive measurable growth across the organization.

You will strategize learning operations, digital product management, and leadership development initiatives, partnering with global teams to accelerate impact and foster a culture of innovation at scale.

Qualifications

• 15 years of HR experience including adult development.
• 10 years of leading tech-enabled learning and leadership programs.
• 10 years solving system-wide people/process/technology problems.
• 10 years of people management leading an organization.
• Experience managing a portfolio of digital learning products end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Define the future of learning and leadership development at Google with strategic roadmaps.
• Apply product management to learning portfolios including lifecycle and metrics.
• Advocate AI-enabled learning solutions and innovate Googler development for the AI era.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation of the Google School for Leaders plan.
• Inspire teams and cultivate agility, pace, and innovation.
