Job summary

Intuit seeks a Facilitator & Training Coordinator to unite live learning delivery with operational coordination. You will manage ILT, VILT, and blended sessions while owning scheduling, LMS administration, and learner communications. Track L1–L2 metrics and drive continuous improvement.

The role blends dynamic virtual facilitation with meticulous coordination, reporting to the Facilitation Manager in Noblesville, IN. Strong prep, presence, and proactive follow-through are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years facilitating training in contact center, customer service, or related fields.
• Requires 1–3 years in training coordination, learning operations, HR administration, or event/program management.
• Experience with at least one enterprise LMS (Workday Learning, Docebo, Cornerstone OnDemand, or equivalent).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to present clean metrics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ILT and VILT sessions on customer service, product knowledge, and related skills.
• Create an inclusive learning environment using role plays, case studies, and simulations.
• Provide coaching and debriefs after training; support on-the-job practice.
• Manage end-to-end scheduling, enrollments, and certifications in the LMS.
• Prepare training materials, coordinate supplies, and distribute post-training surveys.
