Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Facilitator & Training Coordinator to unify live learning delivery with operational coordination. You will facilitate ILT, VILT, and blended sessions, own end-to-end scheduling, LMS administration, and learner communications.

This role requires adapting sessions in real time, managing enrollments and certifications, and tracking post-training metrics to drive continuous improvement. Strong facilitation craft and precision coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, OD, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years facilitating training in contact center or financial services environments
• 1–3 years training coordination, learning ops, HR admin, or event management
• Experience with at least one enterprise LMS (Workday, Docebo, Cornerstone)
• Proficiency with Zoom/Teams/Webex and Office or Google Workspace
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication; comfortable reporting metrics

Responsibilities

• Deliver ILT and VILT sessions on customer service, product knowledge, and role-specific content
• Create inclusive learning environments using role plays, case studies, and simulations
• Provide coaching and debriefs, and guide learners to production
• Own end-to-end scheduling, invites, rescheduling, and day-of logistics
• Manage LMS enrollments, completions, certifications, and audit-ready records
• Draft pre-training communications and post-training follow-ups within 24 hours
• Track attendance, completion, and satisfaction metrics weekly/monthly
