Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Facilitator & Training Coordinator to unify live learning delivery and operational coordination. You will run ILT, VILT, and blended sessions, own scheduling, LMS records, and learner communications.

You’ll track L1–L2 data to drive continuous improvement and collaborate with QA and Operations to align with KPIs. The role blends dynamic virtual classroom work with meticulous tracking and logistics, reporting to the Facilitation Manager.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years facilitating training in contact center or similar environments.
• 1–3 years training coordination, learning operations, HR administration, or event management.
• Experience with at least one enterprise LMS (Workday Learning, Docebo, Cornerstone OnDemand).
• Proficiency with Zoom/Teams/Webex/Google Meet and MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication; able to present clean metrics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ILT and VILT sessions on customer service, product knowledge, and skills for onboarding and upskilling.
• Create inclusive, participatory learning environments using role plays, case studies, and simulations.
• Facilitate nesting and on-the-job practice with coaching and debriefs before production.
• Provide 1:1 and small-group coaching; adjust delivery in real time.
• Partner with QA and Operations to align content with KPIs and quality standards.
• Own scheduling of sessions; manage invites, rescheduling, and day-of logistics.
• Manage LMS enrollment, completions, and certifications; maintain audit-ready records.
• Prepare training materials, workbooks, guides, and job aids; coordinate vendors and invoicing.
• Draft pre-training comms and post-training surveys within 24 hours of sessions.
