Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Administrator to drive the LMS ecosystem within our training department, ensuring precision, accessibility, and rigorous tracking of all learning initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

You will support a world-class training team, manage user access, and maintain audit-ready records across multiple locations, contributing to our commitment to People First and compliance in a regulated AV industry.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in an office, administrative, or customer support role.
• Exposure to fast-paced or detail-oriented fields like tech or logistics.
• Must be proficient with Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Primary Administrator for our LMS, managing user groups, course versioning, and curriculum assignments.
• Troubleshoot technical hurdles for learners and ensure the digital learning environment is frictionless.
• Audit the system regularly to ensure training content is up-to-date and correctly mapped to specific roles.
• Assist in updating and maintaining team dashboards so Training Managers always have a clear view of progress.
