Ent Credit Union and Wings Credit Union are seeking a Manager of Learning Experience Design and Innovation to lead enterprise learning strategy and transformations. You will oversee instructional designers, guide the adoption of AI-enabled tools, and drive learner-centered programs aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Learning Technologies, HRD, Communications, Business, or related field (REQUIRED).
• 5+ years creating/training in adult learning or financial services retail (REQUIRED).
• 3+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience (REQUIRED).
• Experience managing complex projects, cross-functional partnerships, and stakeholder relationships (REQUIRED).
• Experience leading enterprise digital learning initiatives and LMS/LXP ecosystems (PREFERRED).
• Experience with learning analytics and data-driven decision-making (PREFERRED).
• Financial services, credit union, or regulated industry experience (PREFERRED).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise digital learning strategy aligned with cooperative principles and workforce priorities.
• Lead large-scale learning transformations including LMS modernization and content migration.
• Evaluate emerging learning technologies and AI-enabled solutions to enhance learner engagement.
• Govern instructional design, content management, and learning analytics with focus on inclusion and quality.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and design integrated learning solutions.
• Champion innovative learning approaches like VR, microlearning, and social learning.
• Coach and develop a team of instructional designers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Communicate goals and drive accountability and collaboration across teams.
