Wings Credit Union in Minnesota seeks a Manager to lead Learning Experience Design & Innovation, shaping enterprise learning strategies and scalable programs. You will guide a team of instructional designers, partner with business leaders, and drive learner-centered solutions that align with cooperative goals and growth strategies.

The role requires strong expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design, and analytics, plus experience delivering digital learning across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years' combined experience developing and/or presenting training for adult learners and/or financial services.
• 3+ years' team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple complex projects and cross-functional partnerships.
• Preferred: experience leading enterprise digital learning initiatives and learning analytics.
• Preferred: experience in financial services or regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise digital learning strategy aligned with cooperative principles and organizational goals.
• Lead large-scale learning transformation initiatives including LMS modernization and content migration.
• Evaluate emerging learning technologies and AI-enabled solutions to enhance learner engagement.
• Establish governance standards for instructional design, content management, and analytics.
• Identify capability gaps and design integrated learning solutions to support priorities and change.
• Champion innovative approaches like VR, microlearning, and social learning.
• Lead a team of instructional designers and mentor staff to high performance.
• Set goals, foster inclusion, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee content governance ensuring quality, compliance, and accessibility.
• Monitor LMS/LXP performance and analytics to drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance training and regulatory content are clear and relevant.
