You will steer strategy, design, and continuous improvement of enterprise learning programs, overseeing a team of instructional designers and delivering scalable, learner-centered solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• REQUIRED: 5+ years developing and/or presenting adult-learning training.
• REQUIRED: 3+ years leading teams.
• REQUIRED: proven managing multiple complex projects and cross-functional partnerships.
• PREFERRED: experience leading enterprise digital learning initiatives.
• PREFERRED: experience with learning analytics and data-driven decisions.
• PREFERRED: financial services, credit union, or regulated industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise digital learning strategy aligned with goals and workforce priorities.
• Lead large-scale learning transformations including LMS modernization and content migration.
• Evaluate emerging learning technologies and AI-enabled solutions with an agile approach.
• Govern instructional design, content governance, and learning analytics frameworks.
• Identify capability gaps and design integrated learning solutions for priorities.
• Champion innovative learning approaches (VR, microlearning, social learning).
• Lead and coach a team of instructional designers, fostering growth and performance.
• Set goals and foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture.
• Provide coaching in instructional design, adult learning, and project management.
