Job summary

TAIT is seeking a Learning eXperience Designer (LXD) in Lititz, PA. The role focuses on designing engaging, learner-centered experiences that build capability and drive business performance.

You will partner with subject matter experts, business stakeholders, and the L&D team to translate needs into effective solutions. The LXD will design across modalities, develop learnings and materials, and ensure accessibility and scalability for global delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or Learning & Development.
• Demonstrated experience designing across multiple modalities (e.g., eLearning, ILT, VILT).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and learning science.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business, performance, and learner needs to determine learning solutions.
• Design and develop learning experiences across modalities and ensure accessibility.
• Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to translate requirements into learner-centered designs.
• Create storyboards, scripts, activities, and assessments to support performance goals.
• Manage learning projects with clear timelines, milestones, and quality assurance.
