Job summary

TAIT is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to craft engaging, learner-centered experiences that drive business performance. You will partner with subject matter experts, business leaders, and the L&D team to translate performance gaps into effective learning solutions across digital, instructor-led, and blended formats.

You will apply adult learning principles and learning science to design objectives, activities, and assessments, ensuring accessible, scalable experiences.

Qualifications

• Design and develop learning experiences across multiple modalities (eLearning, ILT, VILT, blended).
• Apply adult learning principles and learning science to create learner-centered solutions.
• Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, and L&D to identify performance needs and translate into learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and learner needs to determine learning solutions.
• Define learning objectives and design experiences, activities, and assessments aligned to performance outcomes.
• Design learning journeys combining formal learning, practice, and performance support.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusivity for diverse audiences.
• Develop content across modalities; produce storyboards, scripts, and activities.
• Use authoring tools and LMS to deliver scalable digital learning experiences.
• Maintain content quality and update materials for relevance.
